My life mission is to benefit humanity by way of robotics, automation, and/or intelligent systems.  I don't know precisely what this means yet, because I have yet to find a way to truly devote myself to this task.

I am currently employed by Lockheed Martin in Eagan, MN, and act as a consultant for RGA Labs.  I work in a variety of areas at LM in software, simulation, analysis, and as a mechanical engineer.  For RGA Labs, I have assisted them with a number of neural network modules for forecasting electric load and gas usage, among other things.

I am extremely interested in machine learning as it relates to financial markets.

This year, I participated in the build season for the FIRST robotics competition, as a mentor for Team 2220, Blue Twilight.

Also, as a personal project / hobby, and to brush up on my background in machine learning, I am competing in the Netflix Challenge.
